I was getting married in 7 months and desperate to lose weight. I went to the Wonderful Wedding Show and recieved a brochure about Eurowave and the other services available at Zealous MediSpa. I always exercised and ate healthy foods, but found that over the years, I had put on weight due to stress and poor food choices. Along with a healthy eating plan and eurowave, I lost my first 12 pounds in about 3 months. I was wanting to lose weight more quickly, so Darcy tald me about Ideal Protein. At first, I was skeptical because I had tried several diets before and always put weight back on. I deccided I had nothing to lose (other than weight) and tried it. Within two weeks,, I had lost 9 pounds. Nothing worth doing is ever easy, but with the weekly weigh-in, measure and consultation, I was able to stay on track. The diet teaches you how to eat properly in order to keep it off. I lost in total 23 pounds. I am now in the maintenance stage. I was amazed that even in stage 4 (when the diet is complete) I continued to lose weight. I liked the diet because each of the 4 phases re-introduced foods and taught you how to eat and maintain your weight. I would recommed it to anyone who is serious about losing weight and wanting to learn how to vhange their eating habits over the long-term. "WOW! The new location of Zealous MediSpa is great. Easy to get to lots of parking and the grocery store is right beside. Jessica has really taken spa services to a whole new level. I had my usual great microdermabrasion facial, its more service than I get anywhere else in the city for microdermabrasion. This time I had waxing and a pedicure. Well the waxing was not like before it didn't even hurt and my skin felt like I was in mexico so beautiful and soft. I was hardly red. She told me that it a completely different waxing method than what I usually get and it won't harm my skin. She could even do the 2 days of growth that normally I would have to wait for. The Pedicure was fabulous, making it personal just for me and customizing alll the ingredients. Before starting the facial treatments using the Myopulse, my concerns were all the aging signs, wrinkles and facial lines, neck line was sagging, I wasn't happy with the way I was looking. A month ago I went and had a new procedure called Lipo Laser. It's a fat melting machine that you just lay there and the fat comes off. I slept thoughout the treatment. Well in two treatments the 3 inches that I lost onmy stomach is still gone. I was sceptical at first how something so simple and easy really work. You know what they say if it's too good to be true than its probably not true. Well I was wrong and now I am a true believer. Lipo Laser does work and I can see the results right then and there. I'm done spending loads of money on empty promises. No more suffering for me it's Lipo Laser all the way. All I can say is Wow!!! I first went to the Spa because it wap near my work and it was for waxing. Then, I was looking at the Ideal Protein meals and asked questions. I needed to loose weight and at 48, I wanted something fast but healthy. Jessica and her staff have been amazing. After 3 months, I lost 40 pounds and I don't remember the last time I felt that great! On one of my visit to the Spa I saw the pedicure chairs and a woman was there and seemed to enjoy it a lot. I booked an appointment and I can say this is THE BEST pedicure I have ever had. I was looking forward to book for other services. This is a great professional Spa and even better, everybody is SO nice and friendly. If you have never tried it, please do. You won't regret it. I just love this place.

September of 2010 I decided that I needed to make some changes in my life. I have always struggled with doing "exercise". I noticed an older couple (in their 80's) walking, year round, every day. I thought, if they can do it, then so can I. So I started to walk to work, rather than ride in the car. The walk is 2 miles one way, and I walk on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday, I go to the YMCA and walk the treadmill and do aquafit. As time went by, I noticed my clothing starting to get large on me. I was shrinking. I continued to walk, and still do to this day. Then in March of 2011, my husband, a Chiropractor at River East Chiropractic was attending an annual Manitoba Chiropractic Conference and saw the Ideal Protein booth and proceeded to inquire information of the product and procedure. He brought the information to me and we went to take in an information evening at Zealous Medi Spa. It was there that I met Jessica and began my transformation. My first meeting is where they weighed and measured me and found out what some of my goals were. At that point I had already lost 35 pounds from my walking, but I still wanted to loose another 30. They encouraged me, and I started the Ideal Protein product. I did not find the program difficult, I enjoyed the supplements, and saw the weight drop off. It was a day of victory. So much so, that on June 12th, I decided that I was going to surprise my and I put on my wedding dress. We were to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary the next day on June 13. I have continued with the Ideal Protein products and have set new 10 pound goals. To date, I have lost 66 pounds. Jessica and her staff have been very supportive, and it is always a pleasant experience to enter her spa and be greeted with enthusiasm. I would encourage anyone who has been struggling with their weight to try Ideal Protein. The program works!
